The lady at the front didn’t even bother to greet me, she didn’t say a word till I spoke to her first. Honestly the whole experience put me off and I wish I hadn’t booked here. The haircut was basic. This isn’t how you treat customers especially new ones. I hope you’re genuinely better at customer service and was only having a bad day when I came in.

I had the best cut & blow dry! My hair is super fine and flat, Fiona added long layers as she said they add volume and they definitely did! My hair looks so much fuller - I got so many compliments! As for the blow dry, the curls lasted a whole week! Even through the heat and sweat, they didn’t move at all.
My daughter was very scared to have her haircut, Fiona was extremely attentive and very calming for her. I will definitely be back!
I will definitely be coming here regularly from now
