The haircut was shorter than I had expected and when styled I didn't like it. Having washed it not, the haircut is not even. I asked for volume and waves and it was flat at the top and curly on the ends. Had to re-style when home. The underneath section of my hair hadn't been washed properly and was still greasy. I paid £35 for a haircut on Treatwell, but then was charged an extra £15. Felt like s scam. Will be sending Treatwell a complaint.
