the stylist seemed a bit annoyed when my girls asked to have a little more cut off, which made the experience less comfortable. Clear communication and a friendlier attitude would make the visit much better

The stylist was lovely and did a nice job with my girls’ haircuts. However, I had booked a dry cut for £35, but when it came to pay, I was charged £45 as it was considered a restyle. This wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking or before cutting

Hair cut and blow dry was good - just be mindful of extra charges, without being forewarned. I booked a £40 ‘long’ haircut and blow dry, yet when I went to pay, I was asked for £55. The reasoning was I had had extra ‘styling’ and my hair was ‘extra long’. However, I only had split ends cut off and framing layers around my face - all part of a regular hair cut. In the end, we agreed on £45 - still £5 more despite taking the same time as a ‘long’ haircut. Other reviews show similar experiences.
