Brilliant hair cut, chi is so knowledgeable about hair and intuitively knew what to do. It was such a relaxing experience I nearly fell asleep. It's much quieter than your average salon and really loved how relaxing it was in comparison to my usual hairdresser experience.

Chi is an excellent stylist and colourist. She's been doing my hair for several years and I rate her so highly that I have followed her to a much less convenient location when she had to move because the salon she worked at was sold. Over the years she has given me very good advice, from a major change of colour, to growing out my very severe short style to something much more sophisticated and feminine. I've received loads of compliments for my 'new' younger look - thank you Chi. I used to go religiously every 5-6 weeks for a trim, but Chi told me I didn't need to go that often. I now only visit every 12-14 weeks for my colour and cut. The shape lasts really well - and great value compared to my previous more frequent visits.

I visited Chi for hair straightening. I have been having my hair straightened for about 12 years. The first few times I had to go back to have areas corrected that were not straight. On one of these visits I met Chi. I have had my hair straightened with her ever since and have never had any problems. She is great and I love my straight hair!

I first met Chi about 6 years ago when I was searching for somebody who could do hair straightening (Japanese Yuko). Chi was very approachable when we met and explIned the treatment in detail. I decided to go ahead and as a result my hair was beautifully straight once finished. Ever since then I have been a firm client of Chi's and have followed her to which ever salon she has been working from ever since. Chi is very professional and produces amazing results. I would recommend anyone who wishes to have there hair permenantly straightened to go to Chi.
