Horrible!!! My hair is completely damaged. She had two other clients at the same time. My hair was chopped, so uneven, without sectioning first. I have streaks of hairs coming out of under chopped hair. Some streaks are too long, then others are short...It took her two minutes to cut it. She just took scissors and done it. I tried to get a refund but they are not replying to my emails. That only confirms what already was established. No class, no customer service.

I am a returning customer and will continue to visit. The salon offers excellent value for money. I had a full head of highlights and a cut and blowdry. I was very pleased with everything. My hairdresser carefully listened to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.
