Staff would not ask what I wanted much...when I arrived the staff was getting their hair done and seemed bothered that I came into the salon, if you don’t want 6 pm appointments just don’t offer them, right?
Then when washing my hair I was not asked if I wanted any kind of special shampoo or hair mask but the staff had the cheek of saying how tangled my hair was, when washing my hair she was scratching my scalp with her nails and even a day after my scalp still hurts!
Then onto the next the hair cut, another staff did my hair cut she cut the length I asked her however left it chunky and with no style whatsoever, she did not even try to thin it when she commented how much hair I had, she also had a go at the colour I had on my hair...
And then the blow dry...I was not asked if I wanted it straight or curly it was just blown straight with no shape or style. I definitely would not recommend and I definitely will not come back to that salon
