I really liked my therapist however it wasnt Kamila. I think the ladies name was Shan. She was very knowledgeable and set me at ease right away. I will definitely be going back for another session, I saw a definite improvement.
The only complaint I have is that they dont have a waiting area, and it was raining and cold when I arrived, and I was made to wait outside because I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. Dont show up early. There is no coffee shop nearby for you to wait in either.

The therapist was great overall friendly polite caring considerate very skilled made me feel comfortable and at easy all the step of the way snd I was very happy with my results couldn’t ask for better !!
However when I arrived 15 min early I was asked by the receptionist to wait outside until the exact time which I was very uncomfortable with as I don’t know the area came from far and didn’t drive so I was left outside after a couple of mins I was then let in usual request I thought.

I have had my first treatment of the 3D 5 point lift and it was with kelsey. Loved the experience and cant wait to see my results after 8 weeks!
