The gel manicure was terrible, the worst I’ve ever had till now. One of the nails was cut shorter than the rest. Nail polish wasn’t applied properly. It’s already peeling off, just 3 days later. The technician was new and didn’t know half the steps in Deluxe Gel Manicure and there was no one to help her out. While removing the previous gel, my nails were damaged. Overall, very unhappy and waste of £40.

I came for a patch test and consultanation for laser. Kelsey was very experienced, and made me feel comfortable straight away. She went through the process slowly and gave me lots of information constantly checking to see if I had any questions. I was and and still am in two minds about the treatment, and she didn't pressure me into making a decision, she made me feel comfortable to go away and have a think about it.
