This was the first time that a hairdresser sat down with me for a 15 minutes to really get to know how I was feeling about my hair and suggestions on how to get a solution. And the solutions weren’t based on the most expensive option or just paying on the latest colour trend. I was really impressed and loved the end result. I had lots of positive comments the next day!
