Gemma really took her time to listen to what I wanted to do, as well as giving me some great advice. My haircut is brilliant! I did pop back to the salon the next day to ask her to take a little more off the hair at my nape (pixie) - Gemma didn't charge and absolutely 100% spot on this time. We put it down to first haircut caution!! Will definitely be back, very pleased and the on line booking makes things much easier.
