I would highly recommend Rueben . I've had a course of sport massages at 2 weekly intervals with Rueben due to extreme muscular back pain which was effecting my movement, posture and daily activities . From the moment I meet him I knew I was in safe and knowledgeable hands. He instantly makes you feel at ease and has a lovely personality taking an interest in you . He assessed my condition very quickly and treated it accordingly. I got instant improvement from my first massage
