Was disappointed. Didn’t think the treatments were value for money. Didn’t feel pampered. Polish on my fingernails started to peel off on the same day.

No one was at the desk to greet me when I arrives and did seem slightly chaotic. Was a busy day which obviously shows great custom. There was quite a few obvious patches of hair that were missed unfortunately. Maybe just slightly more attention to detail would be good. I would have liked to have had this rectified but no time to call into the salon as was a last minute appointment anyway. My therapist was lovely, very chatty, made me feel very comfortable. Which was great. Lovely girl.
