Gemma was great, lovely and chatty and friendly and clearly very skilled at her job. I think when she first meets customers she should say who she is and that she is going to be the customer’s stylist that day as it was my first time there I wasn’t sure if she was with me for the wash and cut. I would have liked the pressure on the head to be firmer when she did the scalp rub of the hair wash. I also think it would have been good to check with me that the water was an okay temperature.
