I was let down by my other hair stylist but hair now managed to get me an appointment on the same day, very impressed! I got a lovely warm welcome by everyone, so I felt comfortable and at ease! Kirsty and pippa, chemically straightened my hair and Kirsty cut it just how I like it, I am so happy with the result! Afterwards I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Gemma, great job. I have made another appointment for the end of December, for a haircut and eyebrows.
