Loved the heated massage bed, and very sturdy nothing worse than a wobbly flimsy table. I was made to feel comfortable and eloise dealt with my health issues brilliantly. I wasn't made to feel different.

I opted for a de Luxe facial and Lillian was great. She is very knowledgeable and did a great job. I can recommend Lillian 100% and will certainly go back and have further facials with her.
