Jai made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole visit.. She is very professional and explained everything before and while she was doing it. Other staff jumped on board to help to as unfortunately I didn’t have anyone to look after my little girl so they sat with her and kept her occupied for me during my piercing. Would highly recommend them.
