I was politely welcomed. I was asked about my cut and preferences, this was all good and listened to. I just wasn't impressed with the slap-dash ( in my opinion) approach to the cutting. I felt that my hair wasn't really treated with respect. On arriving home, I noticed that the way my cut has been shaped around my ears was uneven. I expected the cut to have been carried out more carefully and to take longer than 10 minutes - this was the actual cutting time without the conversation at the start
