My eyebrow waxing was excellent, Elouise was friendly, checked what I wanted & that I was happy. My massage was too gentle. I asked 2x for more pressure with no change. I think my limbs were done with only one hand (switching hands occasionally), and only on one side (I was face down with palms up -only the underside of my forearms was done). I was cold
(the room was 71f & I didn’t say anything so may be my fault!), the bed was left very high - had to climb down & floor was dirty on bare feet.

My appointments at Hair Now Beauty Now are always a happy experience. My stylist, Jackie, was lovely, experienced, thoughtful and very skilled. We had a good chat about how I’d like my hair done and I’m thrilled with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending the salon and Jackie.
