Zoe welcomed me in the car park! While she got the pedicure station ready I was enjoying a coffee. Totally professional and aware of my mobility problems. Wonderful treatment. Then a gel manicure. Again attention to detail ensuring I was comfortable and another drink offered with a snack. Nails still beautiful after many days on holiday.

Gemma did such an amazing job of our daughter’s first hair cut! She was friendly and reassuring so there were no tears, in fact our daughter is still happily talking about it days later! Thank you :)
