This was my first visit after hearing lots good comments and I'm 100% satisfied. Shen listened to what I would like done, discussed it with me and made suggestions and I was happy to go with her advice and was really happy with the results. I will definitely return and would highly recommend, she was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease.

After having "lost" my previous hairstylist at another salon (she moved on), I believe I have finally found another gem! Shen did a fantastic job and I have been very happy with my new haircut. It has been a true mood and ego booster after having felt a bit down and stuck in a rut lately! Hairlux has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, they serve a good hot coffee and offer brilliant value for money. Highly recommended.

The cut was nice but the staff were smoking vape inside and there was no effort to make conversation, but rather the girl cutting my hair just spoke with another customer the whole time. I gave a tip still because she cut my hair nice but will be finding somewhere else to go in the future.
This was my second experience at Hair Lux and the first time was lovely which is why i returned. Maybe it just depends on which members of staff are working at the time.
