Waste of 68£, never coming back.Friendly hair wash with massage is nice...but the haircut rubbish. Hair was cut dry first and then smth done after wash, with no layering nor texture. Fringe untouched with split ends remaining. Could cut myself same

Fabiana seems nice and she tried her best but I went in for a balayage and came out with a full head colour. I wanted an ashy blonde, just the way my ends were when I have arrived to the appointment but the toner she used coloured my hair in a light brown shade. I was charged a full amount- I was given the toner for free- but still paid £188 for a service that destroyed my hair colour. I am beyond angry and disappointed! Stay away if you are looking for a colour service!
