I had a positive experience at the salon. My hair is very thick, and I came in after a previous haircut that wasn’t what I originally wanted, so I knew it would be a bit of a challenge. The stylists were patient, listened carefully to my concerns.
Fernanda is just wonderful. She is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She knew exactly what result I was looking for ( I didn’t have a clue what to ask for as I rarely go to the hairdressers). I was well looked after. Fab result.
Very proffesional, friendly, able to listen and give advice to choose right hair cut for young girl. My daughters words after the appointment are the best recomendation: " I love my hair now. It's what I was looking for."
Fabiana seems nice and she tried her best but I went in for a balayage and came out with a full head colour. I wanted an ashy blonde, just the way my ends were when I have arrived to the appointment but the toner she used coloured my hair in a light brown shade. I was charged a full amount- I was given the toner for free- but still paid £188 for a service that destroyed my hair colour. I am beyond angry and disappointed! Stay away if you are looking for a colour service!
Fabiana is a sweet girl and she did her best, but I went in for a balayage and came out with a full head colour. I wanted an ashy finish, showed pictures and my ends were also ashy when I came in, but in the end I was a light brown. Disappointed doesn’t cover how I actually feel! I paid full price- I was given the toner for free- but still paid £188 for getting my hair completely destroyed! I was told to go back in, in a few days so they strip off the toner, no thanks, I think once was enough.
