I had my hair cut & curled by Natasha this week and everything about it was beyond lovely. Natasha herself was kind, attentive and really took her time with my hair, it never felt rushed. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the curls lasted perfectly for 3 days! The salon was really clean and had a really chilled yet professional vibe about it. Felt luxurious without being intimidating! Already planning to come back in a couple of months to get my hair coloured for the summer!

First time visit for cut and finish. Natasha is a competent hairdresser and above all listened to my concerns and then offered her recommendations. I liked how she went along with cutting, blow drying and finishing by readjusting/trimming as necessary, this is styling your hair! I've been to places where’s cut, dry and out of the door so it was refreshing to have a professional making sure the client was happy with the final result. Recommended!

Awful customer service.
1. Did not give me information about the treatment and the effect it could have on my hair.
2. When I came back to have it corrected, I was charged a fee (initially, they wanted to do a full price, too!)
3. The fixed colour was still not what I wanted - does not seem they are listening to the customer at all.
