Great experience. I arrived slightly early and was greeted straight away and offered a hot drink and a magazine while I waited. My hairdresser listened to my wishes, the wash included a head massage and the cut was really good. My hairdresser offered my different styles and I was so pleased with the result. I booked through treatwell which was offering a discount so it was great value too. Will definitely return.

Overall good experience, only issue was that I booked a 'hair up' appointment but was then charged for a 'wedding do' style which was an additional £25. In future would be good to have more clarity about what the difference between the two is.
