The entire experience was great. Agnes was very fast and precise in her job. She's been kind and listened at my needs. Great cut and blow dry.

I arrived at the hair salon to be told the hairdresser was running 20 mins late. I couldn't wait as I was on my lunch break so I had to leave, without a haircut. Disappointed.
