Nice place and lovely hairdresser, however she didn't listen to a word I said. I asked for the ends to be trimmed and for a minimal amount to be cut off as I'm trying to grow my hair - which is extremely difficult as my hair doesn't grow- therefore I only wanted the ends trimmed. After explaining this to her clearly and through the cut about 5 times, she kept going cutting about 3-4 inches off my hair. After her also asking if I wanted layers added, and me responding no, she proceeded to show me the layers at the end of the hair cut. Safe so say I will never be going for a hair cut here again. Extremely disappointed and rather upset at how my hair has turned out.
