Hairdresser was late, so was stood around waiting for the salon to be set up. Had grown my hair out so that it was primarily natural brown apart from some ombré at the ends. Showed a picture of natural balayage that I wanted and once home (lighting was completely different) I found that my hair had been completely ruined, I now have yellow hair, strips of over bleached platinum, my hair is frazzled in some places, hardly any of my natural colour left, and she had to cut more off at the ends as these had turned white. I cried when I got home. Got my hair done ready for my holiday and now don’t want to have any pictures now that I’m here. Contacted the salon and yet to get a response to get it fixed.
