This has been one of the worst hair experiences of my entire life!! I asked to go blonder, which happened, at the expense of my hair falling out!! I’m not a hairdresser so when I ask to blonder, I expect a professional to tell me if my hair is too fragile and to know when to take the bleach off. I now have half a bob from my hair falling out and am having to chop it all off. Rubbish atmosphere too and not particularly attentive. Would not recommend if you want your hair to stay on your head.
