At first my appointment seemed ok, chatting with Susan and another customer. I asked for a root bleach and that I wanted a mullet style. Susan said she could not cut that but could get another stylist from next door a barber shop?
She ended up telling to leave her salon after her offering a refund and to wash my hair. She then called me a bully and was going to call her mummy! Another customer came in I left with her shouting an insult at me. I had to laugh, it was like a sitcom..steer clear..

Susan was very friendly and attentive to what I required. she took her time cutting and shaping my hair even though it was a simple bob style and root tint, ..I felt brand new afterwards. I would hope to come back again.
