I arrived with my hair curly and frizzy, Susan started the treatment and kept checking everything was ok. I left with poker straight hair and 3 days later it's still the same. Great treatment by Susan and would recommend 😊

Sadly the salon was over booked. My appointment was rushed and wasn't the experience I hoped for. If I didn't need to go straight to an event I would have walked out after waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged.
My hair didn't feel great when I left the roots didn't feel completely dry and the curls dropped out within half an hour.
I'm sure if the stylist had time it would have been a different outcome however I felt like it was a wasted appointment.
