Natalia talked me through the look I was wanting to achieve and selected the best products to help my difficult brassy hair hold ash colour best, this meant it took a bit longer with the dye in my hair using a lower vol but Natalia was more than happy to recommend and spend time to do this to ensure we got the right shade. She also gave great recommendations on shampoos and toners I could buy online and at boots to continue toning my highlights at home so there was no pressure to buy from salon. Will be back!
