Not hand painted balayage, nice blonde result but not as I had hoped it would turn out, even after a photo was shown. I would say my hair was full head highlighted and not balayage. I was also charged £25 on the day for toning. Rather excessive, normally toning is £10, this was also not mentioned on the booking, balayage normally includes toning I thought. Finally after 4 and a quarter hours, the cut was rushed. It was no more than a trim and some slicing to remove weight. No style was given after specifically saying how I wanted it. The hair stylist was very nice but overall probably won’t return.
