The full head of highlights I received at Sach was very disappointing. I started at 9.30am and I was still getting foils on the last section at 12pm. I have long hair that is thin but there is lots of it and I've been getting high lights for 10years now so I am well aware of the process. As one can imagine the first section of foiled hair was well over developed. The stylist began to panic at this point and brought me to the sink to wash out the first sections then while still at the sink brought a hair dryer to the top of my head to try develop the last sections colour. She was rushing now as her next client had arrived. So to try an help I offered to brush half of my hair. As soon as the brush went into the ends of my hair huge clumps of Snow White hair started coming out. The peroxide had burnt through my hair at the back and was now falling out. She first tried to tell me I broke the hair as I pulled from the root to which I told her I am aware how to brush properly then tried to say it's normal to expect the breakage. Not to this extent it's not. My hair is badly damaged as a result with a yellow tinge and luckily as mentioned I have quite a lot of hair so that it is not noticeable while down. The cut and blow dry I received afterwards were good. However, the patronising comments about the breakage to be normal have made my decision to not return to the salon. Perhaps if they were honest when I corrected them to say you've burnt through my hair and they didn't try tell me it's normal over and over I would feel different. Treatment was prepaid through treat well so I'm putting it down as an expensive mistake.

Had a great haircut at Sach Salon - just went in for a trim but was everything I needed. Zeynep was friendly and didn't rush even though it was only a half hour appointment (cut and rough dry). She also gave a great head massage! Would definitely pop back in, thank you! :)
