Booked an appointment for half a head. Have used this salon before and was reasonable. 5 hours later the lady was calling for help in finishing my hair as she could tell I was fuming. Took forever, foils were ready on left side and right side was still being done. Staff spoke in their own language, the lady Zaynab was basically being told to hurry, had two people drying my hair which made me feel uneasy. Unfortunately, I would not visit this salon again, which is basically on my door-step. Service poor and it took double the time, was not a good experience
Very pleased with my blow dry at Sach. Nice salon and appointment was on time.
