Salon was full of keratin fumes, while staff were wearing face masks I was just left, told it was ok and the door was left open so it was cold. Also the hairdresser had not put a cover on my shoulders underneath my wet hair, so my clothes were soaked when finished. English language skill were not great. I got poked in the eye with the hairbrush, while I was sitting there with tears in my eyes they did apologize but would definitely not go back.

This salon is great value for money. I have been back twice as they do great haircuts. I got the 20 pound deal which was only meant to last 30 minutes but because they were quiet I was there an hour - head massage, a professional cut, proper dry and oils/products added to it at the end. I was just sad I had nothing planned that evening as I left with lovely hair! The staff are also really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be going back.
