The venue wasn’t fancy but it was comfortable. Megan was very welcoming and chatty and listened to what I wanted. I got balayage but was more like basic highlights and more subtle than I was hoping for. I would have liked to chat more about colour and see some tone samples. Overall the service was pleasant and a great price. Not perfect but that’s ok.
