Jemma did an amazing job! We only went in with one picture of the colour my mom wanted and Jemma immediately realised what we wanted. She was patient, talented and really welcoming, especially that my mom only speaks broken english, Jemma was clear with her communication and created a warm environment that left both me and my mom grateful for. She even noted down the colour and the treatments that were done during the appointment so next time we won't need to guess.

I got a curly haircut with jemma, the service was amazing, she has experience with cutting curly hair which was great she cut exactly the length I wanted and honestly the haircut was better than what I even had in mind!!! Will definitely be coming back xx
