The girl who cut my hair was very friendly however the service wasn’t great. No consultation prior to washing my hair, no heat defence on my hair before drying, blow dry was totally flat and no finishing products applied. The cut itself was fine but I think with a few changes the service could be really improved. I won’t be rebooking.
