I had Ingi for an extended bikini, She was great and the wax was pretty painless (hot wax). I've taken off a star because I got more of a classic bikini than high bikini wax (I should've checked before I left, so partly my fault). Also, removed another star as there was another beautician who the lady at the desk fetched when I arrived. She was really rude to me. The lady at the desk had called her over, so I said that I was there for a treatment and tried to point out my name in the book and she just kept saying to me that she wasn't working today. She could have just told me to take a seat and she would find my beautician, but instead seemed angry with her colleague and so was rude to me as a response. Ingi was lovely, so I would have given 4 stars if it hadn't been for the poor customer service at the desk.

Too busy, every staff was working on two customers at the same time - it was just like an assembly line of people getting their hair washed, cut and they pay and leave. Not in a positive way tho.
I wanted to have a perm, the curls got much smaller than my hairdresser promised me but they might loosen in the next couple of days. But the cut she done afterwards is awful. I need to go to another hairdresser now to get a proper cut. (stuff is quite old, not really up to date with the fashion tbh) If you fancy a modern, fashionable haircut (especially for women) I still recommend hairdressers in shoreditch. (I know, hipster bla bla, but hands down, it is the place to go to and to be.)
