Absolutely excellent service, colourists knew exactly what I wanted and executed it brilliantly! She even gave me a free trim and shape! Nice surroundings and set on a little street near Covent Garden! Very charming!
The woman doing my wax was very nice and made me feel at ease, however afterwards I did notice that one part had not been done very well so I had to go over it myself which wasn't very pleasant. I would still go back here as this was minor compared to the service I got.

I went for permanent coloring, instead I got highlights and a cut. Didn't knew what I want until I saw myself after the treatments, Excellent judgement and result! I plan to maintain my new hairstyle, so I'll be seeing the wonderful 'Hair by Fair' team for sure :)

I'd heard mixed reviews about this salon before going, but I can safely say it was one of the best waxes I've had in London for the price. My therapist was really friendly, really quick and very thorough. I was in and out in under 10 minutes without feeling rushed and, as it's right in the heart of Covent Garden, still had plenty of my lunch break left to wander round the sales! Would definitely recommend Hair By Fairy for waxing.
