No privacy to get changed before or after. The lady was obviously having a bad day, and started by stating she doesn't like hot wax. It was then awful, she kept blaming the wax and trying to pull it off when it wasn't dry. Wouldn't go back, I didn't feel comfortable at any stage of the appointment
