May was great,
She managed to make a hair colour which I wished for for such a long time. However, I booked a bleach tint for £45, then the receptionist informed me that in case I want something more, the price will increase. Fair enough of course, but then no one informed me about the extra treatment and no one informed me how much more it would be and no one asked me if I want.
So I got a toner on my head without asking me if I want to and without telling me how much more.
So I ended up on £60 and they don't accept cards... and it's not being said anywhere which is quite strange not accepting cards in the middle of Covent Garden... I wonder why is that?
Otherwise May and the service was great, just be aware of extra charges and bring cash...
