The salon has an edgy vibe...certainly not luxury but bright and modern. They see mostly walk-ins and there was a queue of people waiting but I was still seen within ten minutes. The lady who cut my hair was lovely, really listened to what I wanted, and I have come out loving my hair!! Would definitely recommend...it may not feel luxury but my hair looks better now than it has after haircuts which cost twice the price!
What an amazing place! Greeted with a smile and warm welcome! Was seen in minutes and the staff really take the time to get you what you want. My hair was perfect! Will definitely return and definitely recommend! Thank you x

Pros:
Haircut was great, I've had lots of compliments!
Hairdresser was fast without feeling rushed
Salon was clean and spacious
Staff were friendly
Cons:
Salon is usually walk-in only so your haircut might not be at the time you book. Receptionist was apologetic and squeezed me in as soon as someone was free but was still 20 mins after the time I booked for
I had to be quite assertive with the hairdresser to stop her using thinning scissors, even though I'd said I didn't want them
