They do the cut, but i was not sure of the chop effect which was given, and the hairdresser said this is what she thinks is chop and then i was asked to leave, there was little done to alleviate customer concern. i wouldn't say it's bad, and you get what what you pay for...i wouldn't go back there.

Quick efficient wax, unfortunately I was slightly late, and instead of getting on with the treatment straight away to get it done before the next client, the lady spoke to me for about 5mins about how she thought she couldn't do it and would get into trouble. Not the best or normal way to conduct customer service. Despite this, the treatment was great.

I have been to this salon many times before for waxing treatments and have always been pleased with the results however, yesterday, my usual therapist want available and I was seen by Monica.
I have to say that she was not up to the usual standard of this salon. She seemed to lack proper training and was far too rough when removing the wax - and in the wrong direction too! I also booked in for only a bikini line wax and she proceeded to remove far more than that. She also managed to rip the skin on my perineum.
I would recommend this salon in future but not this therapist.
