No frills salon but do the job. Blow dry didn't last beyond the night but I think that is more to do with the products used. Bit pricey for what you get but they do the job.

I booked a cheap haircut one lunchtime for near my office - and it wasn't great. I suppose when you pay £20 for a haircut you shouldn't expect the world but overall it wasn't great. Firstly, I booked an appointment but then had to wait 20 minutes to get seen. During this time the man at reception told me I should never book online and just to come in and wait. Well, don't list on Treatwell then, sir! I then had the most aggressive hair wash I've ever had - my head was rolled around like it was going to be decapitated and no one asked if I had any request on the shampoo/conditioner choice. After that I was left sitting with water dripping down my back until someone could cut my hair. She was pleasant enough but didn't introduce herself, or ask my name. She asked what I wanted but then proceeded to just chop out large sections of the weight of my hair after I'd specifically asked for minimal layers. The salon had piles of hair everywhere and they ended up in my bag and all over my clothes too. Just not a pleasant experience and I'm sorry to write a negative review but unfortunately it can't be avoided on this one. Let's hope it was a one-off for this salon but I don't expect it was.
