If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have been waxing for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience...until now. This was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. It was incredibly painful and unprofessional.

Very basic. They washed my hair and then made me sit and wait with my hair dripping down me, waiting until a hairdresser was free. The haircut itself only took about 10 minutes and she wasn't up-to-date with the best way to cut curly hair so I'm not pleased with the cut.

Lovely Bulgarian Inge (sp?) gives you a brilliant Hollywood. She's careful to minimise the ouch factor & makes sure nothing is missed. And is lovely with it. Recommended.
