Amazing for the price! Alex the Italian guy listened to exactly what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. Everyone was very welcoming and most were International staff which made it so interesting. Also the owner was telling me a few stories from the past 20 years they've been opened.

I had a wash and haircut, it was super speedy, no frills kind of service. The hair wash was fine but I wasn't asked about my hair type and my hair was feeling quite dry afterwards so the shampoo they use probably isn't great and I don't think conditioner was used. The hairdresser was really nice and understood exactly what I wanted, she made suggestions and asked plenty of questions and explained what she was doing so I'm really happy with the cut. I went during off peak time so she did dry my hair thoroughly and check it after it was dry. Hair by fairy is not for people who enjoy the whole pampering process of getting your hair cut though, it was very quick, I was there maximum 20 minutes but overall great value. I would probably go back.
