Store is very clean and staffs are very friendly. But I couldn't get what I want to my hair in this store. I wanted to cut my hair around my shoulders and gold full head highlight but she cut my hair too short and the highlight looks a little green. Sad and disappointed.

Chico was lovely and accommodating, results of the Japanese hair straightening was brilliant, definitely would recommend. It's been 3 days since I've had it done, usually with a normal blow dry or even ghd straightening my hair would frizz by now! But with this treatment my hair has remained straight and silky. Thank you so much Chico.
