Chico is very professional and efficient hair stylist. She sincerely heard what I want and suggested me what she think the best. Though it takes more time to check whether I can get the expected outcome or not, even in case I don't, then I will come back to her and ask her to solve the problem.

Terrible job - made my hair blonder than before when I asked to make it darker. Salon is very dirty either with hair everywhere that is not being cleaned off.
