When I walked through the door, Chico greeted me with a smile and listened attentively as I told her what I wanted. I knew she would understand asian hair well, which she did and advised me appropriately so as to avoid a disappointing cut. Chico offered me a drink which was thoughtful. When washing my hair she even gave me a lovely and very relaxing head massage! It was a pleasure to speak with Chico during my appointment. I was very happy with my haircut and will definitely return to her next time. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Chico! 💕

Usually are very good and get your colour right, but they had a new staff member and got my usual colour completely wrong and didn't offer to rectify it. Not happy at all !
